It is okay but to pizza wasn't really extra special or super memorable to me. Good decent pizza but not great.

We came in on a Sunday afternoon with a big group of boys after a tournament and everything was AMAZING! They had the food out super fast, didn't eat a bad thing. Pasta was great, we had the taco pizza and Loved it! And got the chocolate chip dessert pizza which the group loved! Don't skip desert here!!

Good pizza is hard to find in the Dallas area but Pizza Milan in Forney does a great job! The price is fair for what you get however I must note that the size difference between the medium and the large is very massive. I would recommend ordering the large size because the value is definitely seen in the large versus the medium. The best part about the pizza is the buttery crust. Each bite of the dough had a satisfying buttery flavor as well as the crust which I was able to eat without needing any additional sauces! Even my picky toddler ate the entire slice including the crust without any complaint. Sometimes less is more when it comes to toppings. There are way too many toppings in the supreme and I really think cutting back on some of the topping portions would really elevate the flavor of the buttery dough, which is the star. Whenever I'm in the Forney area in the mood for some pizza, I will definitely consider Pizza Milan as my future go to option.

Pizza was good and it was made fast. We did not realize it's not really a "sit down" restaurant; although they have couple tables. We took ours home.

Let me tell you. This place is the bomb. Their pizza is great quality, flavor, fresh, and totally affordable. Also, it was very quickly prepared and customer service is great. We had delivery from them before and it was equally great. If you haven't tried them, run, don't walk. You will love them and order from them. Next time, I'll try their lasagna or calzones, which I'm sure it will be amazing.

We tried out Pizza Milan a week ago & it was so good when we decided we wanted to get pizza tonight there was no debate we were ordering again from Pizza Milan! we got the same exact order (we are creatures of habit lol) & it was again soooo good!! Buffalo Wings, Pepperoni Pizza, Tiramisu & a Vanilla Cannoli! We are so happy we found them! i picked up our order & the gentlemen working were both so nice this time & last time! highly recommend!

Drove by here on the way to a ballgame nearby. Walked in, placed an order. The meat lovers combo we ordered was delicious. This restaurant is mostly carry out. A few tables, mostly to wait for your order.

This place just recently opened and is new. It was surprisingly very good. You can't eat inside this place, so it's call to order and pickup. Very small inside. I'm not sure if they deliver or not, but I think they might. Not sure on that though. But overall the pizza has a great taste! Staff was very friendly and pretty fast on the order. I think it's one of the better pizza places in town for sure! This will definitely be one of my go to places for pizza.
